Our History

Agrimin Limited is a privately owned company specialising in the development, manufacture, distribution and marketing of trace element and mineral products for cattle and sheep.

With its headquarters in Lincolnshire, in the United Kingdom, the business was established in 1978, initially marketing Rumbul Magnesium bullets.

Through continuous innovation, both in house and through close collaboration with Glasgow University Veterinary School, the ALL-TRACE® range of products was then launched in the early 1990s.

Commitment to research and development continued at an impressive pace and by mid 2010 the 24·7 range had been introduced, followed by the introduction of the SMARTRACE® range.

Continuous investment in trial work in New Zealand in Agrimin’s own small fistulate herd is a further sign of their commitment.

Passionate about issues affecting its client group, Agrimin has been at the forefront of shaping EU Feed legislation in order to find a legislative anchor for nutritional supplements.

In recent times this has been achieved with the introduction of the new category of feed, Dietetic Complementary Feeds. Agrimin continues to maintain its voice around such crucial themes in the agricultural world.

Integral to Agrimin’s success are the relationships which have been built and nurtured over the past 40 years. This applies not only within the livestock farming industry in the UK but also in more than 32 countries worldwide.

Agrimin is committed to supporting farmers, their suppliers and advisors and helping them to develop long term strategies for animal health and nutritional management.

Our Mission Statement - “To be world leaders in the field of controlled delivery devices, developing scientifically proven products manufactured to the highest quality and supported by a valued team of employees"
